The project is located in the factory of Nongfu Spring (Wuyishan Fujian) Drinking Water Co., Ltd., Wuyishan City, Fujian Province China with a total investment of 69.7 million USD and a construction period of 15 months. According to the official website of Nongfu Spring, Wuyishan production base in Fujian province China is one of the 12 largest water sources of Nongfu Spring with high-quality natural environment and abundant water resources.
Relying on the existing production workshop, the project purchased two 60000bph beverage sterile lines, integrated production line of bottle and bottle cap, bottle conveyor system, case conveyor system，pallet conveyor system，handle applicator. According to the needs of production and life, the project will also build a new 100 square meter chemical warehouse, two new 12t / h natural gas steam boilers and a new sewage treatment system with a treatment capacity of 1600t / d. It is understood that the expansion project will mainly produce Oriental leaf tea beverage, tea π fruit tea beverage, water-soluble C100 juice beverage, soda water, vitamin water and other products. That has been started on August 1th, 2024 and is expected to be completed on October 31th, 2025. After the official production, it will form an annual production capacity of 397,700 tons of drinks.
The second production line of Nongfu Spring Huangshan production base has been put into trial production.
The first production line of Nongfu Spring Huangshan production base was put into production in July 2024. In order to meet the strong demand of the market and open the production acceleration mode, 4 water production lines and 2 beverage production lines of Huangshan production base will be put into production within 2024. After the project is fully put into operation, the annual output value is expected to reach 280.4 million USD.
The intelligent production line of Huangshan production base can produce 90,000 bottles of natural water per hour, an average of 25 bottles per second and running 24 hours a day. Excluding the necessary disinfection and maintenance time, it can produce 2.07 million bottles of water every day.
Nongfu Spring Huangshan Production Base is located in Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. It was signed by government in 2022. Based on the high-quality water source and business environment of Huangshan, Nongfu Spring combined second phase into the first phase and increased the mount of production lines from 3 to 6 meanwhile increased the total investment from 17.5 million USD to 21.6 million USD. In addition, Nongfu Spring may build a 3,000-square-meter tea processing modernization research and development center in Huangshan city to promote the transformation and upgrading of tea gardens and continue to expand the production scale of sterile lines.
