The bottle blower is the world's first rotary bottle blower developed by Chinese filling enterprises. It is used for blowing PET 5-gallon barrels with an efficiency of 1200-1800 barrels per hour, and the production cost is only 50% of the linear bottle blower. The equipment also adopts the new high pressure gas secondary recovery technology which can reduce the high pressure gas energy consumption by 45%~55%.
The Chinese injection molding machine manufacturer provides the Ecosys 280PET bottle blank system (12 cavity / 680 g / 5 g PET bottle blank / cycle 88 seconds) for the project.
