Coca cola 54,000 bottles / hour new PET line with conveyor system officially is put into production

The production line is Swire Coca-Cola's second investment in Hefei with bottle conveyor system, case conveyor system，pallet conveyor system，handle applicator which can produce 54,000 bottles of 500 milliliters of Coca-Cola products per hour. It also has a flexible hardware configuration and the ability to produce other NAP products.

In addition, the production line integrates the cutting-edge oven heating technology which improves the energy efficiency by about 10% compared with the heating link of the previous generation of equipment. Meanwhile, the line uses the latest integrated filling mix technology to improve the fusion efficiency of carbon dioxide gas by 5% and optimize the filling process by setting the perfusion temperature to 20 degrees to ensure product quality and high production efficiency.

Krones and other Chinese suppliers to build the production line.The installation and commissioning of the whole line was completed within 28 days and the whole line efficiency of 91.2% was achieved within a week, breaking the record of the shortest installation time and the fastest efficiency rump up of similar projects in Swire Coca Cola.

Swire Coca-Cola promises to continue increasing its investment in China in the next five years. It is expected to invest more than 5.5 billion yuan in factory infrastructure, build more efficient and supply intelligent production lines, produce more comprehensive drinks, create more happiness for consumers.
